Why Does My Tile Floor Make My Feet Black

Floors do not require much water to clean them.

Why does my tile floor make my feet black. I have literally just cleaned the floor an hour before. Even with the sandals mat my back will usually ache if i spend 2 3 hours on the tile. Thus when you step out of your bed onto carpet on a cold morning the carpet does not have the conductive ability to remove the heat from your feet as easily as a tiled floor. Could this be the reason.

I am renting a home and the ceramic tile floors don t seem to come clean i use floor solution but nothing. My kitchen floor has tile that it breaking the grout is coming up.
